Job summary

cbtreatmentcenter is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will implement intervention plans and collect data to monitor progress, collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field preferred but not required.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass the TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-time start: 15-20 hours per week to begin
