Centria Autism in Brookline, MA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors while staying active and engaged.

No experience required; comprehensive training is provided, with a focus on safety and teamwork, and opportunities to grow within the Centria

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following BCBA-guided plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
