Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans consistently.
• Provide positive behavioral supports.
• Engage individuals in preferred in-home activities.
• Assist in community activities.
• Provide transportation using personal vehicle.
• Model appropriate behavior and interactions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk frequently.
