Job summary

A leading provider of ABA therapy is searching for dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. In this role, you will provide personalized behavior-analytic services, work with families, and ensure clinical outcomes are prioritized. Qualifications

• Experience working with children, experience with autism preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

Skills

Experience working with children

Tech-savvy with EMR systems

Willingness to obtain BCAT credential

Education

Masters, bachelor’s degree, high school or equivalent
