Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Sit down and stand up from the floor or chair throughout the day.
• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Run or move quickly for safety and protection of client.
