What You Will Do

• Teach kids through play and following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data for progress notes
• Help kids develop motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive difference in a child's life

Skills And Qualities We Are Looking For

• Prior experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to get up and down from the floor and move quickly
• Tech-savvy with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
