Responsibilities

• Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
• Help children learn life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive impact on a child's life

Preferred Skills and Qualities

• Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to move easily on and off the floor quickly
• Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willing to learn, work independently, and provide quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
