Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing behavioral assessment/treatment programs is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use email.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onsite implementation of ABA programs across sessions for all areas of the patient’s treatment plan.
• Provide direct patient care following the prescribed Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
• Collect and record data on observable behavior.
• Apply safety procedures, PPE, and maintain line-of-sight supervision as needed.
• Maintain dignity, confidentiality, and professionalism with patients.
