Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics seeking compassionate, reliable team members to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
