Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics. We are seeking compassionate, reliable team members for behavior technician roles to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, client/family support, and travel between clinics and client homes. Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain, along with a high school diploma or GED, are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
