Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring Behavior Technicians to support clients in clinic and home settings, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, participate in 1:1 and small-group sessions, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure high-quality ABA services and client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of employment; paid training and support are provided.
• Reliable transportation is required for positions providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions.
• Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs.
• Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures.
