Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking part-time ABA support staff to work with children in their homes and local centers in Oceanside, CA. Applicants should have 6+ months experience with kids and a valid driver’s license. You will help children learn through play and track progress, with daily pay access and a supportive team environment.

Hours are Monday-Friday after school, 3:30pm–8pm, with sessions scheduled based on client needs. Spanish speakers may earn an additional $0.50/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and 1 semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled).
• 6+ months experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.

Location: OCEANSIDE, CA No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).Start a fulfilling journey at Autism Learning Partners, supporting children and teens with autism. Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm.
• Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting— you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay accessavailable so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $22.50-$28.00/hr (depending on ABA experience)
• Bonus: Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ monthsof experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliablecar, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• Abig heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
