Job summary

Total Care ABA in Hampton, VA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Expect to work closely with families and clinical teams to implement individualized plans and track progress.

You'll teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while collecting data and supporting each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
• RBT Certification preferred.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
