Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Gresham, Oregon. Position is full‑time with day hours, centralized scheduling, and on‑site supervision. Training is paid, and certification support is provided.

Flexible scheduling may include occasional Saturdays and start dates are immediate upon onboarding and background checks. RBTs receive competitive hourly pay, with higher rates for billable client hours and a separate rate during BT training prior to

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $18.00 for each billable client hour worked
• $17.00/hour paid for all non‑billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200 bonus on their first paycheck
• Fully paid training — no experience required

Position Details

• Position Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Looking for candidates for our Gresham Center (1851 NW Civic Drive, Gresham OR 97030)
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Hours are not guaranteed
• Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
