Job summary

BlueSprig in Fayetteville, AR is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time roles with immediate openings pending onboarding and background check. Earn $19.00-$21.00 per hour for billable RBT hours, plus $12.00 per hour for non-billable training time and a $200 bonus if you already hold RBT certification at hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 12.00 for each billable client hour worked
• 12.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
