Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to join our team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Training is provided, and you can start as a BT or RBT with opportunities for growth and certification support.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide updates on treatment goals and progress to families and supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $18.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 14.00for each billable client hour worked

• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired
