Academy For Effective Behavior Intervention, a Finni Health company, is hiring an RBT for in-clinic sessions in Newport News, VA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and tracking client progress to promote communication, social, and adaptive skills.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive pay, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA/BCaBA credentials in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Active RBT Certification (Preferred)
• RBT Training (40-hour course completed)
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred)
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
