Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping them develop communication, social and independence skills.

You’ll work under a supervising BCBA, collect data on treatment goals during sessions, and share progress updates with families. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts, competitive pay, and eligible benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
