Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-person team serving families in Eaton Rapids, MI, Charlotte, NC, and Bellevue, WA. This part-time role (~20-25 hours/week) offers $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and community settings, collect data, follow BCBA-created plans, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date).
• Previous experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques.
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families.

Schedule Options (any or all):

Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills-just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
