Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate, patient Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and assist in developing behavior support plans.

Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatments as needed and help clients build social, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided, with supervision by a BCBA.
• Strong observation and data-tracking abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
