Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy and collect data to monitor client progress, while supporting social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training is provided; prior experience is preferred but not required. The role is in-person in Vandalia, Missouri, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
