Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and support family engagement.

Training will be provided and opportunities for professional growth are available. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication and attention to detail, able to adapt in a dynamic clinical setting and to work

Responsibilities

• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed


• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
