Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Rockingham, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data on client progress, assist in behavior support plans, provide one-on-one ABA therapy, teach social, communication, and daily living skills, and collaborate with the BCBA to refine treatment plans while maintaining a positive relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
