Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA and to provide one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques. You will collect data on client progress, assist in behavior support plans, and help teach social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families in an in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA data collection is helpful.
• Training will be provided.
