Magnet ABA Therapy in Sparta, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families. The role emphasizes direct one-on-one therapy and ongoing data collection to measure progress.

The position focuses on teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with the BCBA to adjust plans as needed, and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must have interest in working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Training will be provided.
• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
