Job summary

Magnet ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in person under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, support the development of behavior plans, and help clients build social, communication, and daily living skills.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided to new hires. This in-person role offers opportunities for professional growth within the Applied Behavior Analysis field.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
