Job summary

Apploi in Kentucky is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will implement programs, collect progress data, and support behavior plan development with families and clinicians.

Training is provided; prior experience in autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. This in-person role offers opportunities for professional development and advancement in ABA services.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
