Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is hiring a Behavior Therapist to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect progress data, and support the development of behavior plans.

No prior BCBA credentials required; training is provided. We value strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care for clients with developmental disabilities; a competitive benefits package is offered.

• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
