Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention programs, collect progress data, and support the development of behavior plans in a supportive clinical setting.

This role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, while collaborating with the BCBA to adjust plans as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or working with autism preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and collaboration with BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
