Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in New Bedford, MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients.

You will teach social and daily living skills, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, and help families. Training provided; opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record progress data and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
