Magnet ABA Therapy in Martin, TN offers a hands-on role providing one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individual intervention plans, collect progress data, and help develop behavior support strategies with a focus on social, communication, and daily living skills.

The position emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, data-driven planning, and maintaining professional relationships with families. Training is provided, and a path for growth in the ABA field is available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong data collection and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities
