Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home and daycare settings. You will provide ABA therapy services, create engaging learning experiences, and draft progress reports for senior clinicians.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree (Bachelor's/Associate) or relevant ABA experience, possess a valid driver's license and active car insurance, and are ready to contribute to a joyful, client-led program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Related experience with ABA and/or young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.

Location: Templeton, MA

Session Schedule: 12 hours per week, flexible days, start time 3pm

Sign on Bonus: $500 after 90 days of employment

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
