Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) seeks a Behavior Technician to work 30–35 hours per week across Colorado centers, implementing ABA and data collection to help children build essential skills.
Requirements: 18+, high school diploma, ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days. Training provided; generous benefits, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success.
Please note: This training is offered free of charge to those who accept a Behavioral Technician position with CFCI.
