Kids Club ABA in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. Earn $24–$28 per hour with PTO from day one, plus growth opportunities and university partnerships.

Under BCBA supervision, you’ll implement individualized plans and help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Full-time and part-time positions with travel to nearby homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or pursuing an ABA career.
• Prefer experience in ABA, autism services, or behavioral health.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in homes and approved settings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes and other approved settings.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Celebrate milestones, encourage independence, and support positive behavior.

• Collect session data and document progress to help guide each child's growth.

• Partner with BCBAs and families to create a consistent, supportive therapy experience.

• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

• Hold an active RBT certification or are interested in pursuing a career in ABA.

Bilingual Candidates Welcome! Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for certain client cases, but bilingual ability is not required for all positions.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• Afternoon and evening scheduling options, including after-school hours.

• Daytime cases may be added to your schedule as they become available, once your caseload is established.

• Monday–Friday availability, with weekends as needed based on client needs.

• In-home services throughout Woodbridge, VA, and surrounding communities.
