Do you enjoy helping children learn, explore, and become more independent? Kids Club ABA is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them develop skills they can use at home and in their everyday routines. You’ll receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and have opportunities to develop your own skills in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Previous ABA experience is welcome, but it isn’t the only path into this career. We value people who are patient, responsible, eager to learn, and committed to supporting children and families.

Benefits & Opportunities
  • Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Paid Time Off: PTO begins accruing on your first day of employment.
  • Education Partnerships: Access educational benefits through our partnerships with three universities, including opportunities that support continuing education and the pursuit of BCBA certification.
  • BCBA Internship Program: Explore opportunities to gain supervised experience toward your future career goals.
  • Medical Insurance: Available to eligible full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week, subject to plan requirements and waiting periods.
  • 401(k): Retirement savings benefits.
  • Learning & Development: Receive training, clinical guidance, and ongoing feedback.
  • Career Progression: Build experience and explore opportunities for advancement as our organization expands.
  • Employee Referral Program: Help us connect with others who share your passion for helping children.
  • Team Initiatives: Opportunities to participate in company engagement and social media programs.
What Your Role Looks Like

Every child has different strengths and learning goals. You’ll help support those goals by providing structured, individualized therapy under the direction of a BCBA.

  • Working directly with children during individualized ABA therapy sessions.
  • Teaching and practicing communication, social, play, and self-help skills.
  • Following treatment protocols and behavior strategies established by the supervising BCBA.
  • Encouraging positive behaviors, participation, and independence through approved teaching techniques.
  • Recording session information and tracking each child’s progress.
  • Sharing observations and updates with the supervising clinical team.
  • Communicating professionally with families and caregivers to support consistency.
  • Participating in supervision, team communication, and required training.
What Makes Someone Successful in This Position?

You don’t need to know everything about ABA before you start. A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in helping children are important foundations.

  • Enjoy engaging with children and supporting their development.
  • Are patient, compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • Can follow instructions and apply feedback from clinical supervisors.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can maintain accurate documentation and follow established treatment plans.
  • Have dependable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.
  • Have experience in childcare, education, special education, behavioral health, or ABA, although prior experience is not required.
  • Hold an RBT certification or are interested in exploring a career in ABA.
