Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in VA. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs to help children improve social, communication, and daily living skills in in-person settings such as home, school, and private environments.

The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, collaboration with families, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA, a renowned organization that is redefining the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
