Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Tulare, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support students with ABA-based interventions during school hours. This full-time role offers meaningful work and opportunities for skill development.

You will implement behavior plans, track progress, collaborate with instructional staff, and participate in ongoing training. Requirements include a high school diploma, 40-hour training or 6 months ABA, RBT preferred, and availability Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior ABA experience required
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 3:30pm
