Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Ohio is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism, following plans created by BCBAs and helping build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—we offer paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed. Flexible schedule with 15–40 hours/week and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
• Collect and record session data.
• Support independence and positive behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $18–$23
• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
