Job summary

ChildWise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training and mentorship, with ongoing BCBA support.

The role involves following individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. Flexible scheduling enables both part-time and full-time hours, with opportunities for professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Collect and record session data

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $18–$23
• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
