ChildWise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

No ABA experience is required—paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship are provided to help you succeed. Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth make this a rewarding entry point in pediatric therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Collect and record session data

• Support independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $22-$28

• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
