Job summary

ChildWise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You will follow BCBA-developed plans to teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, building positive relationships and supporting independence.

No ABA experience is required, as paid training and ongoing BCBA mentorship are provided to help you succeed and grow with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Collect and record session data

• Support independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $22-$28

• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
