Job summary

ChildWise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required, as paid training and BCBA mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Duties include delivering ABA therapy, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with families to promote independence. Flexible hours with both part-time and full-time options available.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $22–$28
• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
