Job summary

ChildWise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while promoting independence.

No ABA experience required; paid training provided with ongoing BCBA support and mentorship to help you succeed.

Duties include following plans, recording data, collaborating with BCBA and families, and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $18–$23
• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
