Job summary

Kids Club ABA in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with children with autism, implementing ABA plans designed by BCBA supervisors and helping clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible schedules including after school and evenings, in-person and in-home settings, and opportunities for growth within our community-focused program.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.
