Job summary

Rush Kids PediatricTherapy seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our pediatric team in La Grange, IL. You will work 1:1 with children with Autism, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Training is provided and growth is supported.

Part-time schedule, Mon-Fri with hours varying. Compensation is $20.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience. This role offers a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and opportunities for advancement toward RBT credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: collect, record and document data on client behavior and share progress with parents and team.
• Personalized 1:1 treatment with children with Autism in home and center settings.
• Implement ABA programs and BIP under BCBA supervision.

Rush Kids PediatricTherapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
