You will implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
  • The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices is desirable.
