Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. The role involves working with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
- The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
- Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices is desirable.
