Duties and responsibilities for Behavioral Technician (BT)

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT)

• Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour
• Monday through Friday: 3-6 pm
• 15 hours per week
