Job summary

Childwise ABA in Lorain, Ohio is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs). No experience required; paid training and support to obtain RBT certification are provided to start your career in ABA therapy.

As a BT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, collect and document behavioral data, follow intervention plans, and help develop daily living skills toward independence. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Behavior Technicians provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Behavior Technicians accurately collect and document behavioral data
