Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to join our team. We provide in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with a focus on outcomes-driven and evidence-based practices.

The BT will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure client success, while maintaining a safe, confidential, and ethical service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $12 - $25/hour


• Full- or Part-Time Positions: Monday through Friday and weekends (optional and flexible)


• Location: Salisbury, MD
