Job summary

Childwise ABA in Massachusetts is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll implement plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—paid training is provided. We welcome entry-level applicants with a positive attitude and a passion for helping children, plus opportunities for growth and a range of flexible PT/FT schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Monday–Friday schedules available

• Weekend opportunities available

• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
